针对目前路堤信息化监测环节中存在对工程地质信息和监测数据潜在价值挖掘力度不够的现象,将数值模拟技术和预测理论与信息化施工相结合,提出一种改进的路堤信息化监控流程。以邢台—临西高速公路软基试验段工程为背景,基于FLACD3D构建三维工程模型,对软土路基的变形特征进行数值模拟分析,借助数值计算结果确定仪器布设方案。基于双曲线和灰色预测模型,结合已知实测数据,采用误差绝对值加权和最小的准则,构建出路基沉降预测模型,利用该模型预测路基变形趋势和工后沉降量。实例分析结果表明,研究成果对提高路堤施工水平具有一定的理论指导意义和工程实用价值。
In view of the fact that the potential value of engineering geological information and monitoring data is not enough in the informational monitoring section of embankment, numerical simulation technology and prediction theory are combined with informatization construction, and an improved embankment information monitoring process is proposed. Taking Xingtai-Linxi Freeway as a test section, the three-dimensional engineering model is constructed based on FLACD3D. The deformation characteristics of soft soil roadbed are numerically simulated, and the numerical calculation results are used to determine the layout of instruments. Based on the hyperbolic and gray prediction models, combined with the known measured data, the minimum and absolute error criteria were used to construct the subsidence prediction model of subgrade. The subgrade deformation trend and post-construction settlement were predicted by the model. The case study shows that the research results have certain theoretical and engineering practical value to improve the embankment construction level.
