数字自然伽玛能谱测井仪是用来测试各个地层深度的伽玛辐射强度,从而分辨地层深度位置的仪器,他能用于划分岩性、计算泥质含量、计算黏土矿物微观成分、识别高自然伽玛储层、分析沉积环境等。本设计的仪器电路将传统的分立器件电路全部集成到单片机和FPGA中实现,达到了电路板集成化,小型化,以及提高可靠性、提高工作温度、降低成本、减小测井仪外径等的目的。
