目的:了解葡精软胶囊的安全性和抗衰老功能.方法:大、小鼠急性经口毒性试,Ames试验,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验,小鼠睾丸染色体畸变试验,果蝇生存实验,D-半乳糖造模实验等.结果:该品无毒,无遗传毒性,果蝇生存实验,D-半乳糖造模实验阳性.结论:葡精软胶囊安全无毒且具延缓衰老功能.“,”Objective: To study the toxicity and antisenile function. Method: Acute toxicity test inmice and rat, Ames test, micronucleus assay of polychromatic erythrocytes inmice bone marrow, chromosome aberration of testicular cellsinmice, antisenile test in drosophila melanogaster, D-galactose aging mode test were used. Result: grape seed extract proanthpeyanidin capsule had not acute toxicity and inherits toxicity. antisenile test in deosophila melanogaster, D-galactose aging mode test were masculine. Conclusion: grape seed extract proanthoeyanidin capsule was safe and could prolong the life.
