蛙皮素是由十四个氨基酸残基组成的脑-肠肽,在哺乳动物脑和胃肠道内有着广泛的分布。将蛙皮素(0.5—4.0μg/鼠)注入大鼠侧脑室可显著地减轻消炎痛造成的胃粘膜损伤,并呈明显的剂量-反应关系。剂量在0.3μg以下基本无效、剂量为2.0μg时可使溃疡指数降低80%左右;而将2.0μg的蛙皮素注入大鼠静脉则无效。这表明蛙皮素减轻胃粘膜损伤是一种中枢特异性作用。
Bombesin is a brain-gut peptide consisting of fourteen amino acid residues and is widely distributed in mammalian brain and gastrointestinal tract. The injection of bombesin (0.5-4.0 μg/mouse) into the lateral ventricle of rats significantly reduced the indomethacin-induced gastric mucosal injury and showed a significant dose-response relationship. Dosage below 0.3μg is basically ineffective, the dose of 2.0μg can reduce the ulcer index by about 80%; and 2.0μg of bombesin injected into the rat vein is ineffective. This shows that bombesin reduces gastric mucosal damage is a central specific effect.
