在薄矿脉采用留矿法时,控制留矿面的坡度,是提高采矿工效的重要条件之一。如果留矿面坡度太大,在傾斜面上凿岩极不方便,必然限制凿岩能力的提高。如采场两端有順路天井时,留矿面的坡度控制更为复杂。順路天井滞后主要是因为:(1)当使用順路天井时,采掘分层的掏槽一般只能由采区中央开始,因而必然形成中央超前;(2)爆破时,順路天井被崩下矿石所复盖,矿堆平整清理以后,其上部产生較大的空間,引起留矿坡度增大(图1);(3)由于通风与人員通行的需要,每一循环只能爆破一端的順路
When the thin ore vein adopts the ore retention method, controlling the slope of the ore retaining surface is one of the important conditions for improving the mining efficiency. If the gradient of stay face is too large, rock drilling on the inclined plane is extremely inconvenient, which inevitably limits the improvement of rock drilling ability. If there is a downhole patio at both ends of the stope, slope control on the ore retaining surface is more complicated. The main reason for the lagging patio delay is that: (1) when using a down-going patio, the trenching of the trenching layer generally starts only with the central part of the mining area, and thus inevitably leads to the central advancement; (2) After covering and clearing the mines, the upper part of the mine will generate more space, which will cause the slope of retained ore to increase (Figure 1).
