用近红外光谱研究环氧树脂固化反应动力学

用近红外光谱同步连续地研究苯基环氧丙烷基醚分别和三种芳香胺之间的完整反应,并用计算机对结果进行定量分析,确定了固化按自催化反应机理进行,体系中产生的羟基可加速反应。计算出固化反应的活化能E_(a1)=45.96kJ。mol~(-1),E_(a2)=64.50kJ·mol~(-1)。 The complete reaction between phenyl propylene oxide ether and three kinds of aromatic amines were studied continuously by near infrared spectroscopy. The results were quantitatively analyzed by computer. The results showed that the curing reaction was carried out according to the autocatalytic reaction mechanism. The hydroxyl groups Can speed up the reaction. Calculate the activation energy of the curing reaction E_ (a1) = 45.96kJ. mol -1 and E a 2 = 64.50 kJ · mol -1.
