作者研究了后房人工晶体植入病人术后前房纤维素性渗出,同时和单纯囊外白内障摘除术后前房渗出加以比较。患者包括白内障囊外摘除并后房人工晶体植入的154只眼和单纯白内障囊外摘除34只眼。两者囊外手术方法相同。作者植入的人工晶体为同一家工厂提供。在该研究中,作者根据裂隙灯征象,把纤维素性渗出分为如下4级:只有纤维细丝为Ⅰ级,人工晶体上见膜状纤维素渗出为Ⅱ_a 级,有厚膜为Ⅱ_b 级,块状渗出物为Ⅲ级。作者依据渗出物出现时间,把纤维素渗出分为两型,一种为早期型,另一种为晚期型。前
The authors studied the posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation in patients with anterior chamber fibrinolytic exudation, and simple extracapsular cataract extraction of anterior chamber exudation to be compared.
