为观察镁盐降氟水的安全性,探讨其对氟毒性的拮抗作用,选用昆明种小白鼠饮用镁盐降氟水及不同浓度的高氟水,做亚慢性毒性实验。结果显示,高氟组小鼠血清中羟脯氨酸水平及碱性磷酸酶活性显著升高,血清镁、钙水平显著降低。氟可致不同程度的胶原损伤、骨代谢异常。实验期限内,镁盐降氟水组动物生长发育水平、脏体比值、血清氟、钙及羟脯氨酸和碱性磷酸酶活性与对照组无显著差别。血清镁虽显著高于对照组但在正常生理范围内,提示镁盐降氟水不仅可以降低机体氟负荷,还具有通过补充镁盐拮抗氟的毒性作用。
In order to observe the safety of magnesium salt fluoride-lowering water and explore its antagonism on fluorine toxicity, Kunming mice were selected to drink magnesium salt fluoride-lowering water and different concentrations of high-fluoride water for sub-chronic toxicity test. The results showed that serum hydroxyproline level and alkaline phosphatase activity of high fluoride group mice were significantly increased, serum magnesium and calcium levels were significantly reduced. Fluoride can cause varying degrees of collagen damage, abnormal bone metabolism. During the experimental period, there was no significant difference in growth and development level, dirty body ratio, serum fluoride, calcium, hydroxyproline and alkaline phosphatase activities between the two groups. Serum magnesium was significantly higher than the control group but within the normal physiological range, suggesting that magnesium fluoride fluoride can not only reduce the body’s fluoride load, but also by adding magnesium to antagonize the toxic effects of fluoride.
