在116只成功建立的大鼠脑缺血模型中,于缺血及再灌流各期对海马结构中DynA(1-13)、GABA及CCK的动态变化、缺血/再灌流神经损害的病理进行研究,发现脑缺血和再灌流期这三种物质的释放增多,且大剂量纳洛酮有防治DND的作用。
The dynamic changes of DynA (1-13), GABA and CCK in hippocampal formation and the pathology of ischemia / reperfusion nerve injury in 116 rat models of cerebral ischemia were observed. Study found that cerebral ischemia and reperfusion phase of the release of these three substances increased, and large doses of naloxone have the role of prevention and treatment of DND.
