高频通气是七十年代兴起的一种新型通气技术,现已广泛应用于临床。在抢救急性呼吸衰竭(简称呼衰)、胸科手术、气管镜和喉镜检查的应用中,高频通气都显示出它独特的优点。但高频呼吸机也与其它呼吸机一样,使用中都有个共同的问题,即机器与患者连接形成人工气道,清醒患者难以气管插管;而重危患者行气管切开插管,患者及家属往往拒绝接受。自1985年起,我们采用双侧鼻塞式连接,实施高频通气治疗,其中抢救了12例难治性急性呼衰患者,疗效尚满意,今将此法介绍如下。
High frequency ventilation is a new type of ventilation technology that emerged in the seventies and is now widely used in clinical practice. However, high-frequency ventilator, like other ventilators, have a common problem in use, that is, the machine is connected with the patient to form an artificial airway, and the awake patient is difficult to intubate. In severe patients, the tracheotomy catheter is used. Patients And family members often refuse to accept. Since 1985, we have adopted bilateral nasal plug connection, the implementation of high-frequency ventilation treatment, which rescued 12 patients with refractory acute respiratory failure, the effect is still satisfactory, this method is described below.
