On-site health supervision transcripts are the most frequently used law enforcement instruments in daily supervision, and opinions on health supervision and sanitation administrative punishments are basically based on it. Once caused administrative litigation, it is one of the most important original evidence. Therefore, how to standardize its production is particularly important. This article tries to analyze 166 records of on-site health supervision in order to attract attention.
