分析了电力施工企业陷入困境的原因 ,详述改革与发展的 3个战略 :联合重组 ,进行结构性调整 ;多元化经营 ;人才战略。强调电力施工企业必须强化内部管理 ,要转变观念 ,向“以效益为中心”转轨 ;要建立适应市场要求、符合企业特点的经营管理体制和运营机制 ;要加强成本管理 ,增强竞争优势。从正反两方面分析了多元化经营需要注意的问题。
Analyzes the reasons why power construction companies are in trouble, and details three strategies for reform and development: joint restructuring, structural adjustment, diversification, and talent strategy.
