反应堆保护系统(PRS)是核电厂数字化仪控系统(DCS)中重要的安全系统,在反应堆保护系统的工厂测试阶段需要验证其冗余性功能的正确性。设计了冗余性测试方案,设计并制造了反应堆工况模拟系统与反应堆保护系统集成。测试结果证明模拟系统能够正确模拟反应堆工况,验证了反应堆保护系统的冗余性功能的正确性。
Reactor Protection System (PRS) is an important safety system in nuclear power plant digital control system (DCS). It is necessary to verify the correctness of its redundancy function in the factory test phase of reactor protection system. The redundancy test scheme is designed and the reactor condition simulation system is designed and manufactured to be integrated with the reactor protection system. The test results show that the simulation system can correctly simulate the reactor conditions and verify the correctness of the redundancy function of the reactor protection system.
