二极管泵浦固体激光器(DPL)输出光束的方向在某个微小范围内存在随机变化,这种光束指向性的波动在某种程度上严重制约了DPL的应用。针对DPL输出光束的方向性评价问题,提出了激光指向角及其偏移量的概念,以此作为衡量激光方向稳定性的指标。给出了指向角及其偏离量的测量方法。对于引起激光指向角度波动的原因进行了初步分析,结果表明激光介质热透镜的畸变是主要原因。
The direction of the output beam of the diode-pumped solid-state laser (DPL) has a random variation in a small range. The fluctuation of the beam directivity restricts the application of DPL to some extent. Aiming at the problem of the directivity evaluation of the output beam of DPL, the concept of laser pointing angle and its offset is proposed, which is used as an index to measure the direction stability of laser. The measurement method of pointing angle and its deviation is given. The reasons for the laser pointing angle fluctuation are analyzed preliminarily. The results show that the distortion of the laser medium thermal lens is the main reason.
