目的:建立测定山楂果中齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用C18色谱柱,甲醇-水-磷酸-三乙胺(87∶13∶0.2∶0.04)为流动相,流速0.9mL·min-1,35℃,检测波长210nm。结果:齐墩果酸和熊果酸的分离度>1.4;方法学考察符合液相色谱法的要求;山楂药材中齐墩果酸含量>0.5mg·g-1;熊果酸含量>1.9mg·g-1。结论:该法简便、灵敏、分离度高、专属性好,适用于山楂中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in hawthorn fruit. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of C18 column, methanol - water - phosphoric acid - triethylamine (87:13:0.2:0.04) with a flow rate of 0.9 mL · min -1 and 35 ℃ with a detection wavelength of 210 nm. Results: The separation of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid was> 1.4; the methodological study met the requirements of liquid chromatography; the content of oleanolic acid in hawthorn was> 0.5mg · g-1; the content of ursolic acid was> 1.9mg · G-1. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive, high resolution, specificity, suitable for determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in hawthorn.
