目的 :对比观察活血、益气注射液对心衰大鼠心脏血流动力学的影响。方法 :采用结扎大鼠左冠状动脉主干造成心梗后心衰 ,将动物随机分为模型组、假手术组、活血组、益气组、西药组 ,治疗一个月后采用无创性心阻抗血流图测定各组大鼠治疗前后SV、CO、CI、LVET等参数。结果 :各治疗组与治疗前相比在改善心脏血流动力学指标方面 ,经统计学处理均有显著效果 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1) ;治疗后与模型组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1) ;各治疗组之间治疗后相比无统计学意义(P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :无正性肌力作用的活血药长期应用于心衰 (1个月 )可取得与益气组同样的改善心衰血流动力学的作用。指出 ,研究证实其机制可能与其扩张冠肺、改善心肌供氧、降低心肌耗氧量、保护心肌细胞、抑制血小板聚集、清除氧自由基等作用有关。
Objective: To observe the effects of Huoxue and Yiqi Injection on cardiac hemodynamics in heart failure rats. METHODS: Rats with left coronary artery were ligated to cause heart failure after MI. The animals were randomly divided into model group, sham operation group, Huoxue group, Yiqi group, and western medicine group. After one month of treatment, noninvasive cardiac impedance flow was used. The parameters of SV, CO, CI, LVET before and after treatment were measured in each group. Results: Each treatment group had statistically significant improvement in the improvement of cardiac hemodynamic parameters compared with before treatment (P < 0.05 ~ 0.01). Compared with the model group after treatment, there was Significant difference (P <0.05 ~ 0.01); There was no significant difference between the treatment groups after treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The long-term application of Huoxue drugs without positive inotropic effect to heart failure (1 month) can achieve the same effect of improving hemodynamics of heart failure as Yiqi group. It is pointed out that the study confirms that the mechanism may be related to its role in expanding crown lung, improving myocardial oxygen supply, reducing myocardial oxygen consumption, protecting cardiomyocytes, inhibiting platelet aggregation, and scavenging oxygen free radicals.
