目的：观察肾综合征出血热（HFRS）沙鼠肾灭活疫苗的免疫持久性。方法：采用空斑减少中和试验检测静脉血中和抗体。结果：初免3针后中和抗体阳转率达90％左右，但持续时间不长，一年后降至30％加强1针免疫后则持续时间较长,6年后仍为50％左右。结论：此疫苗近期免疫效果较好，加强免疫十分必要。 OBJECTIVE: To observe the immune persistence of inactivated rat inactivated renal syndrome vaccine for hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS). Methods: Venous blood neutralizing antibody was detected by plaque reduction neutralization test. Results: The positive rate of primary neutralization after 3-needle neutralization antibody was about 90%, but the duration was not long, decreased to 30% one year later, and the lasting time was longer after one-needle immunization and remained about 50% after 6 years . Conclusion: The recent immunization effect of this vaccine is better, it is necessary to strengthen the immune system.
