★编撰进展简况: 第一卷基础处理截止到2001年5月20日,全卷11章及附录,已有7章完成,尚有5章正在加紧编撰之中。第二卷土石方自2001年3月组编单位召开第二次编写会议后,各章都在进行修改、补充工作,并安排在6月上旬对部分章节再统稿,还计划7月底召开第三次编写工作会议。第三卷砼 5月24～26日在厦门召开了第三次编审工作会议,全卷16章除1章提供提纲讨论外,其余15章都提出了书稿(近80万字),并进行了审议(会议纪要全文另发)。
