按照实际工程构件,采用1∶0.55的缩尺比例完成了4个型钢混凝土梁板试件在偏心受拉状态下的单调静力加载试验,研究了试件的破坏模式、裂缝分布及开展宽度、承载能力等。试验结果表明:在实际工程的荷载工况组合下,试件内的短期裂缝宽度均小于GB 50010—2012《混凝土结构设计规范》规定的限值,符合要求。通过参考JGJ 138—2001《型钢混凝土组合结构技术规程》中受弯构件的裂缝宽度计算式,并结合GB 50010—2012中偏心受拉裂缝宽度计算公式,整理出型钢混凝土偏心受拉构件在短期荷载作用下的最大裂缝宽度计算公式,并将计算结果与试验结果进行了对比。
According to the actual engineering component, the monotonic static loading test of 4 specimens of SRCB under eccentric tensile condition was carried out by the scaling ratio of 1: 0.55. The failure mode, distribution of cracks and width of the specimens were studied. Carrying capacity and so on. The test results show that the short-term crack widths in the test specimens under the actual engineering load conditions are all less than the limits specified in the Code for Design of Concrete Structures in GB 50010-2012, which meets the requirements. By referring to the calculation formula of the crack width of flexural members in JGJ 138-2001 Technical Specification for Steel-Concrete Composite Structures and combining with the calculation formula of the width of eccentric tensile cracking in GB 50010-2012, the eccentricity of SRC- Under the action of the maximum crack width formula, and the calculated results and the test results were compared.
