背景财务工作与业务工作的融合中容易产生目标不一致甚至冲突的情况,给财务经营指标的管控工作带来较大的困难。财务部门要想逐步改善公司的财务状况,需要综合考虑、综合分析、综合判断,并确定其主要矛盾,提出针对性的有效举措。要提升县供电公司的经营发展能力,改善其财务状况,如何提出有针对性的措施,要着眼于“内部”和“外部”两个环境,立足公司实际,抓住主要矛盾。
