目的:在水稻-泽泻/小麦或油菜种植模式下,研究移栽期、排水期、采收期组合对泽泻块茎产量的影响,为泽泻标准化栽培提供理论依据。方法:采用三因素二次回归正交旋转设计,建立移栽期、排水期、采收期与泽泻产量的数学模型。结果:三因素对产量有显著影响,各因素对产量的贡献率大小依次为移栽期>采收期>排水期。两因素互作效应不显著,利用统计频数法选优得出,当泽泻目标产量大于450 kg/667 m~2,95%置信区间内泽泻最优农艺栽培措施为:移栽期9月11~16日、排水期为41~46 d、采收期为12月11~16日。结论:农艺栽培措施会影响泽泻的产量,为了保证彭山一年三熟且水稻和小麦或油菜能够同时稳产增产,使经济效益最大化,建议泽泻适当推迟移栽,排水晒田时间延长,采收时间适当提前。
