目的:采用HPLC同时检测咳喘合剂中芦丁、金丝桃苷、槲皮苷和槲皮素的含量。方法:Phenomenex C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇(A)-0.1 mol/L磷酸溶液(B),梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:360 nm;柱温:30℃;进样量:20μL。结果:芦丁、金丝桃苷、槲皮苷和槲皮素分别在0.33~3.90 ng/mL、0.11~1.29 ng/mL、3.93~47.19 ng/mL、0.01~0.09 ng/mL的浓度范围内与各自峰面积呈良好的线性关系。结论:该方法为咳喘合剂的质量控制提供参考。
Objective: To determine the contents of rutin, hyperoside, quercitrin and quercetin in Kechuan Mixture by HPLC simultaneously. METHODS: Phenomenex C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of methanol (A) and 0.1 mol / L phosphoric acid solution (B) : 360 nm; column temperature: 30 ° C; injection volume: 20 μL.
