大多数企业在人才培养中忽略了为培养对象引入“实践机会”及“经验拥有者”两类软资源,因而无法巩固培训中获得的显性知识,也无法获得充足的隐性知识。本文基于重庆机场集团成功构建“软资源”平台实施人才培养的实践,提出人才培养“硬资源”及“软资源”平台的概念,分析了“软资源”平台的优势及构成。
Most enterprises ignore the introduction of two kinds of soft resources such as “practice opportunity ” and “experience owner ” in cultivating talents, so that they can not consolidate the explicit knowledge acquired in training and can not obtain sufficient recessiveness know how.
