以雌性大鼠为动物模型,分别尾静脉注射紫苏醇亚微乳(试验组)和紫苏醇溶液(对照组),剂量均为65 mg/kg。采用HPLC法测定血浆和组织样品中的紫苏醇及其代谢产物紫苏酸的含量,以考察二者在大鼠血浆和各组织(心、肝、脾、肺、肾、脑、胃、子宫、卵巢和乳腺)中的分布特点,并以相对摄取率来评价靶向性。结果表明,试验组在肺、肝、肾和血浆中紫苏醇的浓度高于对照组,紫苏酸的浓度无显著性差异。相对摄取率的数据显示,紫苏醇在肝、脾、肺及肾组织中有蓄积作用。
Female rats were used as animal models. Subcutaneous injection of perillolic submicroemulsion (test group) and perillyl alcohol solution (control group) were given by tail vein at a dose of 65 mg/kg. HPLC method was used to determine the content of perillol and its metabolite perillic acid in plasma and tissue samples to investigate their effects on rat plasma and tissues (heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, brain, stomach, uterus) Distribution characteristics in ovary and mammary glands, and the relative targeting rate was used to evaluate the targeting. The results showed that the concentration of perillol in the lung, liver, kidney and plasma of the test group was higher than that of the control group, and there was no significant difference in the concentration of perilllic acid. The relative uptake data showed that perillol accumulated in the liver, spleen, lungs, and kidneys.
