目的:研究番荔枝果皮中的小极性成分。方法:番荔枝果皮95%乙醇提取物的小极性部位经硅胶柱分离,根据化合物理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果:从番荔枝果皮小极性部位中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为:二十三烷酸(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、琥珀酸(3)、annosquamosin D(4)、4α-hydroxy-19-nor-(E)-kauran-17-oic acid(5)、(E)-16β,17-dihydroxy-kauran-19-oic acid(6)、(E)-16α,17-dihydroxy-kauran-19-oic acid(7)、16β-hydroxy-17-acetoxy-(E)-kauran-19-oic acid(8)。结论:除化合物6外,其他均为首次从番荔枝果皮中分离得到。
Objective: To study the small polar components of apple litchi peel. Methods: The small polar parts of 95% ethanol extract of Annona argentea pericarp were separated by silica gel column, and their structures were identified according to the physicochemical properties and spectral data of the compounds. Results: Eight compounds were isolated from the small polar parts of the apple fruit pericarp, identified as tricosanoic acid (1), β-sitosterol (2), succinic acid (3), annosquamosin D 4-hydroxy-19-nor- (E) -kauran-17-oic acid (5), (E) -16β, 17- dihydroxy-kauran- dihydroxy-kauran-19-oic acid (7), 16β-hydroxy-17-acetoxy- (E) -kauran-19-oic acid (8). Conclusion: Except for compound 6, the others were isolated from the peel of annona for the first time.
