Objective: To investigate the significance of detecting myocardial enzymes and immunoglobulin in the treatment of pediatric HFMD in children. Methods: One hundred children with hand-foot-mouth in our hospital were selected as the experimental group. 100 healthy children as the control group were used to compare the immunoglobulin IgM, IgA, IgG, creatine kinase (CK), lactate Aminotransferase (LDH), creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) levels. Results: The levels of CK, LDH and CK-MB in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group. The levels of IgA and IgG in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The detection of myocardial enzymes and immunoglobulins may provide a basis for the diagnosis of myocardial damage in children with hand-foot-mouth disease. It is of great significance in the early diagnosis of hand-foot-mouth disease.
