以环氧树脂(EP)为增强剂、丙烯腈(AN)为改性剂,制备了w(软段)=59%或82%(相对于试样质量而言)的ATBN(端胺基液体丁腈橡胶)试样,并着重探讨了AN含量对试样的动态力学性能、吸水率、拉伸性能、压缩永久形变以及溶胀性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着AN含量的增加,试样的软段T_g(玻璃化转变温度)升高、储能模量增大、吸水率提升,并且胺基含量在影响试样吸水率的因素中占主导作用;随着AN含量的增加,试样的力学性能增强、压缩永久形变升幅减小且溶胀度增大。
Using AT (Ac) as modifier with epoxy resin (EP) as reinforcement and w (soft segment) = 59% or 82% (relative to the mass of the sample) of ATBN Nitrile rubber) samples were prepared. The effects of AN content on the dynamic mechanical properties, water absorption, tensile properties, compression set and swelling properties of the samples were also discussed. The results show that with the increase of AN content, the soft segment T_g (glass transition temperature) of the sample increases, the storage modulus increases, the water absorption increases, and the amino group content in the factors that affect the water absorption of the sample With the increase of AN content, the mechanical properties of the samples are enhanced, the increase of compression set decreases and the swelling degree increases.
