通过企业科技管理体系的不断改进与完善,加速推进科技进步,获取企业及社会经济效益,是市场经济下值得研究的新课题。(一)、企业科技管理体系结构及整体优化企业的科技管理体系由产品开发、产品质量、设备安全、技术改造等数个分体系构成,如下图所示:由图可见,四个分体系组成一个有机整体,围绕企业方针目标进行有效的贯彻与实施,才能保证企业方针目标的全面实现。现代管理学中的一种理论——木桶理论认为:一只沿口不齐的木桶,盛水的多少不在于木桶上最长的那块,而在于木桶上最短的那块。要想提高木桶的整体功能,就要扩张最短那块木板的长度。由此将上图中四项分体系的水平加以平面展开,如下图所开:
