一、抗菌素的分类 (一)按抗菌的作用分为:1.杀菌抗菌素:青霉素、鏈霉素、杆菌肽、多粘菌素、新霉素、卡那霉素、瑞斯脫雪汀。2.抑菌抗菌素:四圜素族(金霉素、地霉素、四圜素)、氯霉素、紅霉素、新生霉素。 (二)按抗菌的范圍分为:1.完全对抗革兰氏阳性球菌者:青霉素、紅霉素、杆菌肽、凡古霉素、竹桃霉素、瑞斯脫雪汀。2.对抗革兰氏阳性及阴性菌者:四圜素族、氯霉素、新霉素、鏈霉素,卡那霉素。3.对抗革兰氏阴性杆菌者(特别是氯膿杆菌):多粘菌素。4.对抗霉菌者:制霉菌素。
