20世纪90年代以来,中国出版业出于自身发展的需要和为了迎接人世后的挑战,开始了组建出版集团的探索和实践,“集团化”成为这几年中国出版业发展的一个重要的主题词。去年以来,作为对集团化建设的进一步深入和推进,出版社改制又成为中国出版业必须面对的重大课题。基于以上背景,我想就中国出版业集团化建设的由来、现状与走向,以及其中的若干关键问题,与大家分享我的观点。
