青年教师在高职院校教师队伍中占比近三分之二,已经成为高等职业教育事业中一支重要的有生力量。高职院校青年教师的成长,主要取决于个人的素质及其自身的努力,但也离不开组织的教育与培养。在高职院校青年教师的成长过程中,坚定的职业理想是核心,高尚的师德操守是灵魂,渊博的知识水平是基础,扎实的教学能力是根本,良好的校园生态是条件,公平的社会待遇是保障。只有个人的职业理想与事业的发展需要相一致,自身的内在优势和制度环境的导引指向相适应,个人的成长方向与组织的用人标准相吻合,青年教师才能沿着正确的道路健康成长。
Young teachers account for nearly two-thirds of the total number of teachers in higher vocational colleges and have become an important emerging force in higher vocational education. The growth of young teachers in higher vocational colleges mainly depends on the quality of individuals and their own efforts, but also can not be separated from the education and training of organizations. The profound knowledge level is the foundation. The solid teaching ability is the foundation. The good campus ecology is the condition and fair. Social treatment is guaranteed. Only personal career ideals and career development needs consistent with their own inherent advantages and institutional environment to adapt to the direction of personal growth and organizational standards of employment consistent with the young teachers to the healthy growth along the right path.
