Not long ago, I went to the field investigation, I heard business commanders on the “one shoulder pick” opinions vary. An intriguing contrast is still early this year. A state-owned large-scale enterprise, in order to understand cadres and workers, reflected the thought of “picking one shoulder and one shoulder” and held several symposiums attended by different types of personnel. The reason is: now, the whole company in improving a new round of contract responsibility system, the workshop kicked the head all day long night, the task should be protected, management should grasp the interests to be assigned, the relationship should be coordinated, the deployment of higher authorities to implement, workers eat and drink Lazard to sleep, clothing, food and shelter to be used to ask, and even their family and child care, children employment, should take care of, let alone transform
