宽严相济刑事司法政策及作为贯彻宽严相济刑事政策重要载体的相对不起诉制度是当前检察机关各部门在检察工作实务中致力于探讨和实践的重要内容,本文笔者就以对两个交通肇事案件所做的相对不起诉及起诉的两个不同处理决定为切入点,分析宽严相济刑事司法政策在检察实践中的适用,以期为宽严相济刑事政策在公诉实践中的贯彻落实提供一定的经验。
