建筑工程造价是建筑工程进展中的一个重要组成部分,它是指在某项工程从开始到结束所产生的费用。随着城镇化水平的不断提高,城市住宅的刚性需求日益扩大,住房紧缺。面对住宅工程的建设问题,应该大力发展和推广产业化建筑,与传统的建筑方法相比,建筑产业化不仅有利于我国低碳经济的发展,减少环境污染,而且生产的商品有质量保障,还可以降低建设成本,是工程建设发展的必然趋势,因此它的计量计价的思路和范围与传统建筑有所不同。本文针对产业化建筑工程造价组成进行相关分析,并探讨了产业化模式对工程造价的影响,提出在产业化模式下工程造价发展的建议,为准确计算产业化建筑的工程造价提供一定的参考意见。
Construction cost is an important part of the construction progress, it refers to the cost incurred in the beginning to the end of a project. With the increasing level of urbanization, the rigid demand of urban housing is expanding day by day, housing shortage. In the face of the construction of residential projects, industrialized buildings should be vigorously developed and popularized. Compared with the traditional methods of construction, industrialization of buildings not only benefits the development of low-carbon economy in our country but also reduces the environmental pollution, and the quality of the products produced is guaranteed. But also can reduce the construction cost, which is an inevitable trend of the development of engineering construction. Therefore, its measurement and pricing ideas and scope are different from those of traditional buildings. In this paper, the author analyzes the composition of industrialized construction cost, discusses the effect of industrialization mode on construction cost, puts forward some suggestions on the development of construction cost in industrialization mode, and provides some suggestions for accurately calculating the construction cost of industrialized construction. .
