作者曾报告慢性肾功能衰竭及肾移植后血浆脂蛋白的变化,今对其中17例在初次研究后4年,再次检查其血浆脂质。在1971年原有32例中,至1975年可供研究者为17例,其余6例已死亡(2例心肌梗死、2例因排异反应引起肾功能衰竭,1例十二指肠溃疡出血、1例蛛网膜下腔出血),5例同种肾移植因排异反应而转回血液透析,4例不合于研究。17例中男7,女10例,平均年龄41(21～56)岁。每例均在肾移植后临床随
The authors have reported chronic renal failure and changes in plasma lipoproteins after kidney transplantation, 17 of which were 4 years after the initial study, to re-examine the plasma lipids. Among the original 32 cases in 1971, there were 17 cases available for study in 1975 and the remaining 6 cases were dead (2 cases of myocardial infarction, 2 cases of renal failure due to rejection, 1 case of duodenal ulcer bleeding , 1 case of subarachnoid hemorrhage), 5 cases of allograft kidney transplantation due to rejection and back to hemodialysis, 4 cases were not suitable for the study. 17 cases of male 7, female 10 cases, the average age of 41 (21 ~ 56) years old.
