随着基因概念的提出和曲马多的深入研究,越来越多的研究表明,由于基因存在多态性而导致曲马多对不同人群及个体所产生的镇痛效果和药物反应不同.临床上影响曲马多术后镇痛效果因素很多,如患者对疼痛本身的个体差异、曲马多代谢的个体差异、曲马多作用目标蛋白的差异等,但这些差异都会受到基因多态性的影响,其中曲马多代谢的差异是影响临床药效的重要因素,并且受基因的多态性影响更加明显.目前研究表明,曲马多药代动力学和药效学与CYP2D6基因有很大的相关性,现就CYP2D6基因多态性对曲马多术后镇痛影响的研究综述如下.
