羟乙酸酯类化合物是目前抗胆碱能药物中最强的一类。据推测,美军正在研制的第二代中枢抗胆碱能类失能剂,属于替代的羟乙酸酯类。本文选用羟乙酸3奎宁酯和羟乙酸4哌啶酯的5个衍生物。从整体和受点二个水平进行实验研究,探讨其作用机理。我们以大鼠粗突触浆膜(P_2)作为受体制备,(~3H)一二苯羟乙酸奎宁酯([~2H]QNB)作为配基,进行了(~3H)QNB与大鼠脑匀浆M—受体的结合试验。在分离结合的与游离的标记物中,我们在不具备国外多数实验室采用玻璃纤维滤纸(如Whatman G F/
Glycolic esters are currently the strongest category of anticholinergic drugs. It is speculated that the second generation of central anticholinergic desensitizers being developed by the U.S. military belong to alternative glycolates.
