本文对强激光破坏光电探测器进行理论分析,并对激光破坏四象限硅光电池进行实验研究。实验结果表明,激光辐照四象限硅光电池中一个或几个象限,可造成硅光电池对光斑质心测量的误差,从而导致关电制导、光电跟踪等整个系统的破坏。
In this paper, the theoretical analysis of strong laser destructive photodetector is carried out, and the laser destructed four-quadrant silicon photovoltaic cell is studied experimentally. The experimental results show that one or several quadrants of four-quadrant quadruplex photovoltaic cells irradiated by laser light can cause the error of centroid measurement of silicon photovoltaic cells, which leads to the destruction of the whole system such as turn-on / turn-off and photoelectric tracking.
