目的分析双源CT双能量肺动脉成像在肺动脉栓塞中的应用效果。方法可疑性肺动脉栓塞患者40例,进行双源CT双能量肺动脉成像,对比最大密度投影法(MIP)、多平面重建法(MPR)、体积重建法(VR)和CT仿真内窥镜成像(CTVE)四项指标对肺动脉栓子显示结果情况。结果直接征象中共有31例患者确诊为肺动脉栓塞,且共发现栓子585支,在各项处理技术对肺动脉栓子的检出数中,MIP、VR和CTVE对栓子的显示效果低于MPR对栓子的显示效果。结论双源CT双能量肺动脉成像在对肺动脉栓子显示中更加便利、清晰和快捷,能够有效确诊肺动脉栓塞患者,尤其MPR是检测肺动脉栓塞的一项重要显示指标,效果最佳。
Objective To analyze the application of dual-source CT dual-energy pulmonary artery imaging in pulmonary embolism. Methods Forty patients with suspicious pulmonary embolism were enrolled in this study. Dual-source CT dual-energy pulmonary arterial imaging was performed. Compared with maximum intensity projection (MIP), multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), volume reconstruction (VR) and CT virtual endoscopy ) Four indicators of pulmonary embolism show results. Results In the direct examination, 31 patients were diagnosed as pulmonary embolism, and a total of 585 emboli were detected. Among the detection rates of pulmonary embolus, MIP, VR and CTVE showed less embolism than MPR Display of emboli. Conclusion Dual-source CT dual-energy pulmonary arteriography is more convenient, clear and quick to display in pulmonary embolism. It can effectively diagnose pulmonary embolism patients, especially MPR is an important indicator to detect pulmonary embolism with the best effect.
