目的了解临床分离的革兰阴性杆菌抗消毒剂基因携带情况及其对碘伏消毒剂抗性。方法采用基因扩增法和稀释法对临床分离的三种革兰阴性杆菌抗消毒剂基因和抗菌性能进行了检测,并与标准菌株作平行比较检测。结果临床分离的三种21株革兰阴性杆菌中,检出抗消毒剂基因(qacEΔ1-su lⅠ)阳性菌株有13株,阳性率为61.9%;三种菌抗消毒剂基因携带率之间无明显差别,大肠杆菌标准株抗消毒剂基因检测阴性。有1株抗消毒剂基因阳性的铜绿假单胞菌对碘伏的最小抑菌浓度明显高于其标准株。结论临床分离的三种21株革兰阴性杆菌抗消毒剂基因携带率比较高,但其对碘伏消毒剂的抗性未观察到明显变化。
Objective To understand the clinical isolates of Gram-negative bacilli anti-disinfectant gene carriers and iodophor disinfectant resistance. Methods The gene and antibacterial activity of three antimicrobial agents against Gram-negative bacilli isolated from clinical isolates were tested by gene amplification and dilution methods. The antibacterial properties were compared with those of standard strains. Results Of the 21 strains of gram-negative bacilli clinically isolated, 13 strains were positive for qacEΔ1-su lⅠ, the positive rate was 61.9%. There was no significant difference between the three strains Obvious difference, Escherichia coli standard strains anti-disinfectant gene test negative. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of Pseudomonas aeruginosa with 1 anti-disinfectant gene was significantly higher than that of its standard strain. Conclusion The clinical isolates of the three strains of 21 Gram-negative bacilli have a relatively high carrying rate of anti-disinfectant genes, but no significant changes in their resistance to iodophor disinfectants.
