采用活塞试验装置对水力保护式活塞与几种国产普通活塞在钻井现场作了对比试验,在相同工况下测试了泵缸工作温度、活塞使用寿命、钻井波含砂量等参数。对试验数据和活塞破坏形式的综合分析表明,利用液体冲洗缸壁,阻止磨硕性颗粒进入摩擦副,从而提高活塞和缸套寿命的水力保护原理是可行的;水力保护式活塞具有寿命长、活塞一缸套摩擦副冷却效果好、泵的机械效率高及对钻井液含砂量不敏感等优点。同时也证明采用大直径球面活塞心来减小活塞心与缸套间的间隙可有效地防止活塞的偏磨,提高抗啃伤寿命。
Piston test device was used to compare the hydraulically-protected piston with several domestic ordinary pistons at the drilling site. Under the same working conditions, the parameters such as working temperature of pump cylinder, service life of piston and sand content of drilling well were tested. The comprehensive analysis of the experimental data and the form of piston failure shows that it is feasible to use the principle of liquid flushing the cylinder wall to prevent the grinding particles from entering the friction pair to improve the life of the piston and cylinder liner. The hydraulic protection piston has the advantages of long service life, Pistons and a pair of cylinder friction pair cooling effect is good, the mechanical efficiency of the pump and the drilling fluid is not sensitive to sand and other advantages. Also proved that the use of large-diameter spherical piston heart to reduce the piston heart and liner between the gap can effectively prevent the eccentric piston wear and improve anti-bite life.
