钻孔抽采影响半径是确定钻孔布置的基础参数,但关于高压水射流割缝缝槽形态及缝槽形态与钻孔抽采影响半径的影响关系目前尚无系统研究。根据缝槽形态实验结果将缝槽形态简化为圆盘,基于淹没射流结构理论分析缝槽圆盘尺寸,采用COMSOL软件研究不同条件煤层的割缝钻孔抽采影响半径,并进行现场测试试验。结果表明:割缝钻孔抽采影响半径与缝槽圆盘、渗透率、抽采时间、瓦斯压力等因素均呈幂函数关系,因素影响显著程度依次为渗透率、抽采时间、瓦斯压力、缝槽圆盘;高压水射流割缝缝槽体积与理论分析确定的缝槽圆盘体积的相对差值为8.33%,在抽采时间130 d时的实测钻孔抽采影响半径与数值模拟的相对差值为6.20%。
The influence radius of borehole extraction is the basic parameter to determine the layout of borehole. However, there is no systematic study on the relationship between the shape of slotted slotted jet and the radius of influence of borehole drainage in high pressure water jet. According to experimental results of slot shape, the shape of slot is simplified as disk. The size of slot disk is analyzed based on submerged jet structure theory. COMSOL software is used to study the influence radius of seam drilling in different conditions, and field test is conducted. The results show that the influence radius of cutting hole drilling is a power function relationship with the slot disk, permeability, extraction time, gas pressure and other factors. The significant influence factors are permeability, extraction time, gas pressure, The relative difference of the volume of the slotted slot of the high-pressure water jet and that of the slotted slot determined by theoretical analysis is 8.33%, and the influence radius and numerical simulation of the measured hole extraction radius at the 130-day extraction time The relative difference is 6.20%.
