本文测定了多效唑、B9处理后的国光苹果盆栽二年生苗对~(15)N 的吸收、分配和运转。结果表明,多效唑和 B9处理都明显地抑制了苹果幼树的营养生长,刺激了细根增生,增加了根冠比。未发现 B9处理对~(15)N 吸收、分配和运转的明显作用。多效唑处理减少了根系中~(15)N 含量以及枝干中~(15)N 和总 N 含量,增加了根系中总 N 含量。说明多效唑不仅影响了根系对~(15)N 的吸收,而且减少了根系中氮向枝中及其它器官运输,从而使更多的氮贮藏在根系中。
In this paper, the effects of paclobutrazol and B9 treatment on the absorption, distribution and operation of ~ (15) N in two-year-old seedlings of Guoguang apple were studied. The results showed that paclobutrazol and B9 treatment significantly inhibited vegetative growth of young apple trees, stimulated fine root proliferation and increased root / shoot ratio. No significant effect of B9 treatment on absorption, distribution and operation of ~ (15) N was found. Paclobutrazol treatment reduced ~ (15) N content in roots and ~ (15) N and total N contents in shoots and increased total N content in roots. It indicated that paclobutrazol not only affected the uptake of ~ (15) N in roots, but also reduced the transport of nitrogen to shoots and other organs in the root system, so that more nitrogen was stored in the root system.
