研究电子束CT心肌梗死部位及形态的三维图象重建。结扎犬心冠状动脉左旋支及其分支,形成左室侧壁梗死区;经电子束CT增强容积扫描方式得到犬心断面,利用区域扩张法对梗死心肌进行自动分割;采用表面重建法完成犬心的三维重建。结果:清晰显示出了犬心的三维图象,并在三维图象上精确表示出了梗死的部位及形态。结论:在造影剂注射量与扫描起始时间适宜的条件下,利用电子束CT可完成能反映病变情况的心脏三维图象
To study the 3D reconstruction of myocardial infarction location and morphology by electron beam CT. Ligation of canine left circumflex coronary artery and its branches, the formation of left ventricular infarction area; by electron beam CT enhanced volume scan obtained canine heart cross section, the use of regional expansion of infarct myocardium automatic segmentation; surface reconstruction method completed canine heart 3D reconstruction. Results: The three-dimensional image of the canine heart was clearly displayed and the infarct site and morphology were precisely shown on the three-dimensional image. CONCLUSION: Electron beam CT can be used to complete three-dimensional images of the heart that can reflect the pathological changes under the suitable conditions of contrast agent injection volume and scan start time
