目的探讨产前超声诊断胎儿全前脑畸形的价值。方法对经产前超声检查诊断为胎儿全前脑畸形的病例资料进行回顾性分析和总结。结果超声诊断胎儿全前脑8例,均经引产后病理证实。其中无叶全前脑6例,半叶全前脑2例。8例全前脑均伴面部畸形,如独眼、眼距过近、单鼻孔、长鼻、正中唇裂等,其中3例伴其他结构异常。结论产前超声应作为胎儿无叶及半叶全前脑畸形的首选检查方法,对胎儿畸形的早期诊断起重要作用。 Objective To investigate the value of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal anterior cerebral deformity. Methods Retrospective analysis and summarization of the data of cases diagnosed as fetus anterior cerebral malformation by prenatal ultrasound examination. Results Ultrasound diagnosis of fetal whole forehead in 8 cases, all confirmed by pathology after induction of labor. There were 6 cases of non-leaf whole forebrain, 2 cases of half head full forebrain. 8 cases of all anterior cerebral contortion are accompanied by facial deformity, such as the one eye, eyes near, single nostril, proboscis, median cleft lip, etc., of which 3 cases with other structural abnormalities. Conclusion Prenatal ultrasound should be used as the first choice for fetal non-leaf and half anterior whole brain anomalies, and plays an important role in the early diagnosis of fetal malformations.
