目的:研究大孔树脂纯化无花果叶总黄酮的工艺条件。方法:采用静态吸附法对5种大孔树脂进行筛选,动态吸附法优选大孔树脂纯化无花果叶总黄酮工艺。结果:无花果叶总黄酮的纯化工艺为上样浓度2 g.L-1,上样速率2 BV.h-1,上样体积3 BV,2 BV去离子水冲洗;4 BV 80%乙醇以2 BV.h-1流速洗脱,收集洗脱液;此工艺条件下无花果叶总黄酮的转移率为77.6%,样品产物中总黄酮质量分数51.3%。结论:D140型大孔树脂对无花果叶总黄酮具有良好的富集纯化效果。
Objective: To study the technological conditions of purification of total flavonoids from fig leaves by macroporous resin. Methods: Five kinds of macroporous resins were screened by static adsorption method. The macroporous resins were optimized by dynamic adsorption method to purify the total flavonoids of fig leaves. Results: The purification of total flavonoids from fig leaves was 2 gL-1, the rate of loading was 2 BV.h-1, the volume of sample was 3 BV, the deionized water was 2 BV; the volume of 2 BV was 4 BV 80% ethanol. h-1 flow rate elution, the eluent was collected; under the conditions of fig leaf flavonoids transfer rate of 77.6%, the sample product of the total flavonoid mass fraction of 51.3%. Conclusion: The D140 macroporous resin has a good enrichment and purification effect on the total flavonoids of fig leaves.
