磁头是磁性记录装置中的关键元件,工作时利用磁头进行电磁转换。记录时磁头将电信号转化为磁信号记录在记录媒体上,重放时又将磁信号从记录媒体上,取出转化为电信号。因此,磁头的好坏将直接影响磁记录的效果,这就要求我们必须设计制造出高质量的磁头,以满足工程技术上的需要。在实用中,要做出符合理想的磁头是不容易的。这里,一方面是因为对磁头材料以及加工、装配工艺要求高;另一方面,对磁头设计计算,还拿不出一个比较精确的方案,主要还是靠实验试制。所以,探讨磁头设计计算的方案,就显得非常重要。在设计磁头时,必须根据磁性记录的原理和工程要求考虑问题,例如:是录音、录 The magnetic head is the key element in the magnetic recording device, and the magnetic head is used for electromagnetic conversion during work.
