上世纪30年代西方经济大萧条,凯恩斯提出了国家干预经济以摆脱衰退的策略,除加大国家投资外,建立完善的社会保障机制也成为其中的重要思想。目前,在金融危机的冲击下,社会保险已经成为我国老百姓日常生活中最为关心的话题之一。本文通过阐述社会保险要义以及分析社会保险现存的问题,提出社会保险制度可持续发展的相关对策。 In the Great Depression of the Western Countries in the 1930s, Keynes proposed a strategy for the state to intervene in the economy so as to get rid of the recession. In addition to increasing state investment, the establishment of a sound social security system has also become an important part of the strategy. At present, under the impact of the financial crisis, social insurance has become one of the most concerned topics in the daily life of ordinary people in our country. In this paper, we elaborate the essentials of social insurance and analyze the existing problems of social insurance, and put forward the countermeasures for the sustainable development of social insurance system.
