目的探讨脑干听觉诱发电位、肌电图在大型听神经瘤术中的监护作用。方法对7例大型听神经瘤患者术中进行脑干听觉诱发电位和神经肌电图联合监测。结果面神经解剖6例,保留未成功1例,全部病例术后未出现脑干功能的改变。结论大型听神经瘤术中进行电生理监测可提高受累的颅神经的解剖和功能保留率,同时可保护脑干功能的完整性。
Objective To investigate the brainstem auditory evoked potentials (EMGs) and EMG monitoring in large acoustic neuroma. Methods Seven patients with large acoustic neuroma were undergone brainstem auditory evoked potentials and electromyography. Results Facial nerve anatomy was performed in 6 cases. One case was unsuccessful, and no change of brainstem function occurred in all cases. Conclusion Electrophysiological monitoring during large acoustic neuroma can improve anatomic and functional retention of cranial nerves and protect the integrity of brainstem function.
