采用HAAKE RS150L型旋转流变仪对竹纤维素/NMMO.H2O溶液的流变性能进行了研究。结果表明,竹纤维素/NMMO.H2O溶液为切力变稀流体;随着竹浆粕平均聚合度的增大,溶液的非牛顿指数n减小,而溶液表观黏度η、稠度系数K、黏流活化能Eη和结构黏度指数Δη增加;随着温度的升高,溶液的表观黏度下降,非牛顿指数增大;碱处理竹纤维素/NMMO.H2O溶液的流变性能受竹纤维素原料的聚合度、α-纤维素含量(或半纤维素含量)及杂质含量等因素的综合影响。
HAAKE RS150L rotary rheometer was used to study the rheological properties of bamboo cellulose / NMMO.H2O solution. The results showed that the solution of bamboo cellulose / NMMO.H2O was shear thinning fluid. As the average polymerization degree of bamboo pulp increased, the non-Newtonian index n of the solution decreased, while the apparent viscosity η, consistency coefficient K, The viscous flow activation energy Eη and the structural viscosity index Δη increased. With the increase of temperature, the apparent viscosity of the solution decreased and the non-Newtonian index increased. The rheological properties of alkali-treated bamboo cellulose / NMMO.H2O solution were affected by bamboo cellulose The polymerization degree of the raw material, the α-cellulose content (or hemicellulose content) and the impurity content and other factors.
